kinome buds, and delicious dashi stock

Butterbur buds simmered in sweet soy glaze,
Fresh whitebait and flowered wasabi greens with goji berries, served with light vinegar dressing,
Duck gently simmered with orange

Sashimi Plate 造里
Nikko Yuba Sashimi,
Bluefin Tuna,
Sea Bream

Sweet Shrimp,
With assorted garnishes, Tosa soy sauce
