Notice for our dear customers:
For our stay-in guests with allergies or dietary restrictions regarding food, we will only attend to your requests as much as we can 7 days before your check-in date. We will be asking you detailed information during the time of request. However, please consider that the dishes served by the hotel does not guarantee a complete allergen removal for the following reasons:
- Dishes are cooked in the kitchen same as the other menus and also table wares are shared, so there is a possibility that a small amount of allergen containing ingredient may be mixed.
- Allergen information of ingredient used is confirmed based on information from manufacturer and suppliers.
For stay-in guests who have a sensitive and very serious food allergic reactions that we may not be able to deal with, we are very sorry but your health and safety is our top priority. For that reason, we will be requesting you to at least bring your own prepared food and inform us in advance if you wish to eat in our restaurant. Your cooperation will be greatly appreciated.
